The evidence

The lead at the bottom of Lee’s file is a single sheet of paper — the one a pawn shop owner named Grover Criswell handed over after Lee left it on his counter and told him he would be back for it. It is the densest thing in the locker. It is logged below whole, then broken out piece by piece so every mark on it is readable. Nothing is hidden behind another click — scroll and read.
